Condo

The condo is a good deal considering what you get. It is right up against the mountain and really feels like you are in nature. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep on a budget then this is a great pick. Note: This unit is on the third floor and you will have to go up a few flights of stairs to get to it. This was fine for our group as we didn’t have anyone with disabilities.

This place was great. It was very centrally located in Copper Village. Short walk to the grocery and shops. The units had plenty of space for our little family. All of the appliances and things were modern and easy to use. It was VERY clean. First note, this isn't necessarily to do with the unit because they can't do anything about it. However, the bedroom is a corner unit and both windows overlook the exit to Mulligan's Pub. Around 1:30am on a Saturday folks leave Mulligan's and they are very loud. If you are a light sleeper keep this in mind. Second note, the entrance to the garage for Village Square is _just_ before the actual Circle at Ten Mile Cr. However, make sure you go into the office and get your keycards before you attempt to get into the garage, you will need them. Other reviewers complained about how cold the Sunroom was but my daughter and I spent a lot of time out there. It is colder than the rest of the unit if you don't keep the door open because it does not have any separate heat/cooling in it. I did find a heater in the closet on our second day there but we never needed it.
